The Mustard Seed Bakery Co. started the way most good things do — small, in a home kitchen, with a lot of prayer and a little flour. What began as a way to share something warm with family and neighbors has grown into a bakery built on care, quality ingredients, and faith.
From Hawaiian-style cupcake conchas to Faithful Harvest Sourdough, every item is made in small batches, by hand, with premium ingredients — real butter, Greek yogurt, high-gluten flour, and no shortcuts.
It's a reminder that the smallest beginnings — a single seed, a single order, a single act of faith — can grow into something that shelters and feeds a whole community.

Simple, fair, and upfront — so there are no surprises for either of us.
Every item is baked fresh to order — nothing is made ahead and held. Each product lists its own lead time (1 or 2 days) on the product page; the checkout calendar will only let you pick pickup dates that give us enough time to bake your order properly.
Pickup is available Friday and Saturday in Surprise, AZ. The exact address is sent by text/email after your order is confirmed. If a date is greyed out at checkout, we're already at capacity or closed that day — please choose the next available date.
Payment is collected in full at checkout to confirm your order and reserve your spot in that day's baking schedule.
Because everything is made to order, changes or cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before your pickup window. After that, we're unable to offer a refund since ingredients have already been purchased and baking may be underway — but we're always happy to reschedule your pickup date when possible.
Our kitchen bakes with wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. Please note any allergies in your order notes, and we're happy to talk through ingredients before you order.
